With this in mind, we decided it was necessary to extend our service areas to a nationwide audience. By forming a strong alliance between Absolute Financial Services and the nations largest Independent ATM Service Company, we have been able to do just that. We provide First Line and Second Line ATM Maintenance, Conversions, Field Upgrades, Installations, Bring Lives, Relocations, ATM Exterior Cleanings, and all of your Supply Needs. We also provide training programs for ATM service companies on Diebold, Triton and NCR ATMs and technical support for service technicians and customers. Description of Services for Contracted Maintenance

First Line Maintenance:

• Repair of card or form jams
• Replacement of customer supplied forms
• Unlimited number of 1st line service calls
• Clearance of dispense jams
• Service hours of coverage chosen by the customer
• No mileage surcharge for ATMs outside of metropolitan areas

Second Line Maintenance:

• Two preventative maintenance inspections yearly (1 Full PM and 1 Mini PM)
• Rapid response to service calls
• Unlimited number of 2nd line service calls covers parts and labor
• Monthly ATM reporting
• Service hours of coverage chosen by the customer
• No mileage surcharge for ATMs outside of metropolitan areas
