Inspection of ATM exterior Cleanliness of the ATM. Note sun glare problems. Condition of ATM fluorescent light and diffuser. Note damaged or worn fascias that may need repair. Check for presence of ADA requirements and Statues. Fee notices, Braille decals, and other logos are inspected for wear and tear. Burn in on monitor that may cause problems with seeing characters on monitor. Gaps around fascia, monitor, presenter, etc… Essential in finding problems before they become problems. (money jams, rainwater entry, and anything environmental) Absolute will fill out a detailed checklist documenting the inspection and work performed. Clean ATM exterior Clean outer fascia to a high gloss shine with a stainless steel polish. (stainless steel fascias) Clean inner and outer fascia with a mild non-abrasive cleaner (polymer fascias) to remove customer grime and dirt and debris. Remove gum, glue, and other untouchables. Remove tape and other adhesives left behind after stickers or signs have been removed. Clean key tops with alcohol. Clean monitor with glass cleaner. Clean surround with appropriate cleaners. Police up all trash and debris within 5 feet of the ATM. Clean Kiosk Exterior (If option of Kiosk cleaning is chosen) Hand wash kiosk with carnuba wax based soap, rinse, and dry with soft chamois to preserve manufacturer’s high gloss shine and to protect against Florida’s corrosive rain and air. We do not use pressure washers, which can damage the clear coat finish, and cause water to enter areas sensitive to water damage. Clean bollards and inspect kiosk for damage or need of repair. Spread dry sweep over oil spills in the ATM drive thru lane and dispose.
